We accept no liability for any damage, loss or injury, whether direct or consequential, resulting from any product sold to you by Living Bonsai. As soon as the standard returns period has expired (ie within 7 days after receipt - please see our Satisfaction Guarantee) no liability will rest with Living Bonsai for any defect found in any Bonsai sold to you by Living Bonsai.

We reserve the right not to sell any Bonsai tree to anyone and can return any paid monies to anyone without query. We DO NOT post to mainland Europe or to the United States of America.
