Larger Trees

There will be occasions where a larger tree will require collection as they cannot be posted. Such a tree will be clearly identified in the item description.

Delivery Times

If you pay on-line your Bonsai will be posted within 10 working days. If you chose to pay by personal cheque or postal order then your Bonsai will be posted within 10 working days of all monies having cleared. It will be sent by our trusted next day courier service. Personal collection can be arranged if you live near Hiltingbury in Hampshire, just contact Living Bonsai to arrange the time and date.

Postage & Packaging Costs

There is a standard low charge of just £10.00 for postage and packaging. Of course it costs a lot more than this to get your tree delivered to you, but we absorb these costs and as such we can offer prices which are extremely hard to beat. If you live in the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland or on any offshore island a separate P & P charge will apply. If you do live in these areas then please contact us for details of this additional charge.

Packaging

Every Bonsai is very carefully and individually packaged in a professionally made, double walled, sturdy box. They are secured using a tried and tested method and are watered sufficiently for the journey.

Insurance

Postal insurance is assured by Living Bonsai up to the full value of the Bonsai in case of total loss during transit. You will rarely find this with any other on-line Bonsai retailer.
