Packaging

Every Bonsai is individually packaged. All trees are transported in professionally made, double walled, sturdy boxes. They are secured using a tried and tested method and are watered sufficiently for the journey.

What you see is what you buy

We only display the Bonsai we actually sell to you. You will therefore not be left wondering what the actual Bonsai you receive might look like. All are from our personal collection and are sold as private sales.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000

Even though all Living Bonsai sales are private sales we do fully comply with the above Act in all the activities it undertakes.

Insurance

Postal insurance is assured by Living Bonsai up to the full value of the Bonsai in case of total loss during transit. You will rarely find this with any other on-line Bonsai retailer.

Complaints Policy

If you have any cause for concern with any aspect of the service Living Bonsai has provided to you then please direct your complaint to us as soon as possible and we will respond within 7 working days.
